1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 1–3 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear may not be accepted for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 1–3 days of receiving your order. Include your name, contact number, and order details. Our team will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and returned as directed. Items that are returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for approved returned items that meet our eligibility conditions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued in cash at the time of pickup or delivery of a replacement item, depending on the situation.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 1–3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items, such as perishable goods, opened electronics, or customized gear, may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons. These exceptions will be clearly noted in the product description.
